Paris for a weekend

Paris in a weekend is about choosing: one big museum, a walk along the Seine, a neighbourhood like the Marais or Montmartre and long café stops. Fast trains link both airports to the centre.

What to see in two days

  1. Eiffel Tower and the Trocadéro
  2. Louvre
  3. Musée d'Orsay
  4. Montmartre and Sacré-Cœur
  5. Seine walk and Île de la Cité

When to go

Best: April–June and September–October. December has lights and markets. August is quieter in the city (many locals away) but warm.
